Eu sou Sónia, uma apaixonada pela vida, pelo presente e neste presente, pelas coisas da cozinha.
Como inconstante que sou, na minha constante insatisfação, procuro incessantemente por novos sabores, novos aromas.

Desde cedo que conheço formas de bolos e bancadas de cozinha, onde comia as sobras de massa tenra que a minha Bivó fazia e sentia o cheiro das filhoses no Natal, fininhas, fininhas e com um sabor que nunca consegui igualar.

Todas as receitas que faço são originais, porque não consigo seguir à risca o que me dizem, nunca o fiz. Gosto da liberdade de experimentar.

Doces e massas são a minha perdição, e com imensas inspirações, difícil é sempre escolher.

I knew early the cake tins and kitchen countertops, where I ate the leftovers of short pastry that my Great Grandmother made and smelled the sweet fritters at Christmas, thinly, thinly and with a flavor that I could never match.

All the recipes I make are original, because I can not follow to the letter nothing, I never did. I like the freedom to experiment.

Sweets and pasta are my perdition and with huge inspirations, it is always difficult to choose.
