Curd Limão | Lemon Curd

Adoro os sabores cítricos, e o do limão não é excepção. Engraçado como os meus gostos se vão alterando ao longo dos anos. Este foi adquirido há uns anos atrás, não muitos. Lembro-me, na altura da faculdade, ter um amigo que adorava sugar e comer gomos de limão como se fosse laranja e eu só de olhar para ele arrepiava-me! Nos dias de hoje já não me impressiona nada, embora não o faça...

Este doce de limão, é bem docinho e as especiarias dão-lhe um toque especial. Para rechear bolos e bolinhos, ou simplesmente para barrar bolachinhas é maravilhosos! 

I love the citrus flavors, and the lemon is no exception. Funny how my tastes change somewhat over the years. This one it was acquired a few years ago, not many. I remember at the time of college, I have a friend who loved to suck and eat lemon segments as if it was orange and it shivered me just looking at him ! Nowadays it no longer impresses me anything, although I do not do it ...

This lemon curd, is very sweet  and spices give it a special touch. To fill cakes and cookies, or simply to spread cookies is wonderful!

INGREDIENTES (1 Frasco)		INGREDIENTS (1 Jar)
-125 gr Açúcar		-125 gr Sugar
-50 gr Manteiga amolecida		-50 gr Softened Butter
-2 Ovos Batidos e coados		-2 Eggs beaten and filtered
- Sumo de 2 Limões		- Juice of 2 Lemons
-Raspa de 1 Limão		-Zest of 1 Lemon
-3 Cravinhos		-3 Cloves
-1 Estrela de anis		-Star anise
-1/2 Colher de café de extracto de Baunilha		-1/2 Coffee spoon of Vanilla Extract

PREPARAÇÃO	PREPARATION
-Misturar os ingredientes numa tigela e aquecer em	-Mix the ingredients in a bowl and warm up in
banho-maria, mexendo sempre até dissolver o açúcar	water bath, mixing always until sugar dissolves
-Continuar a mexer até engrossar, sem deixar ferver	-Mix until thicken, without boiling
-Colocar num frasco esterilizado e arrefecer.	-Place in a sterilized jar and let it cool.
