Torta de cenoura e especiarias | Carrot roll with spices

Uma torta irresistível! Adoro especiarias e esta combinação com o sabor da cenoura fica divinal. Para completar, o queijo creme não podia faltar com o bolo de cenoura. Que maravilha!

What an irresistible roll! I love spices and this combination with the carrot flavor is divine. To complete, the cream cheese could not miss with carrot cake. Wonderfull! 

INGREDIENTES		INGREDIENTS
-3/4 Chávena de Farinha		-3/4 Cup Flour
-1 Colher de chá de Fermento em pó		-1 Coffee spoon Baking powder
-1 Colher de café de Sal fino		-1 Coffee spoon fine Salt
-1 Colher de café de Gengibre em pó		-1 Coffee spoon Ginger powder
-1 Pitada de Noz moscada		-1 Pinch of Nutmeg
-2 Colheres de chá Canela		-2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
-1 Colher de café de Extracto de Baunilha		-1 Coffee spoon Vanilla extract
-3 Ovos		-3 Eggs
-2/3 Chávena de Açúcar		-2/3 Cup Sugar
-2 Colheres de sopa de Óleo vegetal		-2 Tsp Vegetable oil
-2 Chávenas de Cenouras raladas		-2 Cups Grated Carrots
Recheio		Filling
-1 Pacote de queijo creme		-1 Pack of cream cheese
-2 Chávenas de Açúcar em pó		-2 Cups Icing Sugar
-1 Colher de café de Extracto de Baunilha		-1 Coffee spoon Vanilla extract

PREPARAÇÃO	PREPARATION
-Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC, forrar um tabuleiro com papel vegetal e untar por cima	-Pre-heat oven to 180ºC, place parchment paper in a tray and grease it
-Bater os ovos com o açúcar até ficar um creme fofo	-Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy cream
-Adicionar o óleo e a baunilha, batendo	-Add oil and vanilla, beating
-Misturar os sólidos numa taça (excepto as cenouras)	-Mix solids in a bowl (except carrots)
-Juntar os sólidos à mistura dos ovos, envolvendo bem	-Add solids to the egg mix, involving well
-Adicionar as cenouras, misturando bem	-Add the carrots, mixing well
-Colocar a mistura no tabuleiro e levar ao forno 10 minutos	-Place the mixture in the tray and bake for 10 minutes
- Desenformar numa toalha com açúcar e deixar arrefecer	-Unmold in a towel with sugar and let it cool
-Fazer o recheio batendo bem todos os ingredientes	-Make the filling beating well all the ingredients
-Colocar o recheio na torta e enrolar cuidadosamente.	-Place the filling on the cake and roll it carefully
