Este cheesecake ficou muito bom e, para o tornar ainda mais delicioso juntei à base de bolachas digestivas chocolate negro com framboesas e o resultado foi divinal!

-200 gr Queijo creme para barrar

gr Cream Cheese

-100 gr Chocolate negro com framboesas ou outro

-100gr Black Chocolate with Raspberries (or other)

-4 Colheres de sopa de Açúcar
|
-4 Tsp Sugar
|

PREPARAÇÃO
|
|
-Moer as bolachas com o chocolate numa picadora,
e depois adicionar a manteiga, formando uma mistura com a consistência de
areia
|
|
-Colocar numa forma redonda de fundo amovível
pressionado com uma colher, levar ao frigorífico durante 1 hora
|
|
-Bater as natas e o queijo até ficar uma
mistura firme, e adicionar o açúcar, batendo sempre
|
|
-Juntar o after eight, partindo em pequenos
pedaços e cobrira a base da forma com este creme, levando ao frigorífico
durante 4 horas para ficar bem consistente
|
|
-Desenformar e servir fresquinho!

PREPARATION
|
|
-Grind the chocolate cookies with
a grinder and then add butter, forming a mixture with the consistency of sand
|
|
-Place it in a round shape with removable
bottom, pressing with a spoon, and take in the fridge for 1 hour
|
|
-Whisk the cream and cheese until it’s firm, and add the sugar, beating
constantly
|
|
-Add the after eight, cutting in small pieces and
covered the base of the shape with this cream, leading to the fridge for 4
hours to get fairly consistent
|
|
-Unmould and serve freshly baked!
