Tarte de Maçã e Marmelo | Apple and Quince Pie
Esta é uma tarte que fiz de aproveitamentos. A massa tinha congelada, sobrou de outra tarte que fiz, mas podem usar a massa quebrada de compra. Os marmelos utilizei num doce que tinha feito há dias e cuja receita ainda divulgarei neste blog, e resolvi colocar na minha tarte pelo seu sabor magnífico e exótico a especiarias.

-1 Pacote de Massa Quebrada
-Doce de Marmelo a gosto
-2 Maçãs finamente fatiadas
-Açúcar e Canlela para polvilhar

-Quince Jam
-2 Apples finely sliced
-Sugar and Cinnamon to sprinkle

PREPARAÇÃO

-Colocar a massa numa tarteira e levar ao
forno, a 180º, com feijão em cima, protegendo a massa com um círculo de papel
vegetal, durante 10 minutos
-Retirar do forno, retirar o papel vegetal e os
feijões de cima da tarte
-Cobrir com o doce de marmelo e colocar por
cima, as fatias de maçã
-Polvilhar com açúcar e canela e levar ao forno
mais 10 a 15 minutos
-Servir fria ou quente!

PREPARATION

-Place the dough in a form of pie
and bake at 180 º, with beans on top, protecting the dough with a circle of
parchment paper for 10 minutes
-Remove from oven, remove the
baking paper and beans
-Cover with quince jam and put
over the apple slices
-Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
and bake 10 to 15 minutes
-Serve cold or hot!
