-Add the port wine, stirring constantly for 5 minutes and allow to boil on low heat
-Remove from heat and cool
-Whisk the cream with the remaining sugar and add the raspberries
-Scratch half of the already cold disks with melted chocolate
-Place over of the other disks the filling of raspberries and cover with scratched discs
-Garnish with raspberries and indulge yourself!

Recheio de Framboesas Raspberries Filling
-2 Colheres de sopa Farinha Milho -2 Tsp Corn Flour
-125 ml Vinho Tinto -125 ml Red Wine
-150 gr Açúcar -150 gr Sugar
-450 gr Framboesas esmagadas -450 gr Crushed Raspberries
-3 Colheres de sopa Vinho Porto -3 Tsp Port wine
-375 ml Natas espessas -375 ml thick Cream
-125 gr Chocolate Negro -125 gr Black Chocolate
-Framboesas para decorar -Raspberries to decorate
PREPARAÇÃO
Merengues
-Aquecer o forno a 130º e forrar 2 tabuleiros com papel vegetal, manteiga e farinha
-Misturar os ingredientes secos numa tigela
-Bater as claras em castelo com metade dos ingredientes secos
-Adicionar os restantes ingredientes e continuar a bater até fazer o merengue
-Com um saco de pasteleiro ou com uma colher, fazer 16 círculos de 8 cm de diâmetro nos tabuleiros
-Levar ao forno durante 1 hora e 30 minutos e depois deixar ainda no forno desligado mais 1 hora, com a porta entreaberta
Recheio de Framboesas
-Aquecer a farinha de milho com um pouco do vinho tinto num tacho, até ficar um creme macio
-Juntar o restante vinho tinto e 100gr de açúcar, deixando levantar fervura, mexendo sempre
-Adicionar as framboesas esmagadas e deixar ferver em lume brando, mexendo sempre
-Juntar o vinho do porto, mexer constantemente durante 5 minutos, deixando ferver em lume brando
-Retirar do lume e arrefecer
-Bater as natas com o restante açúcar e juntar às framboesas
-Riscar metade dos discos já frios com o chocolate derretido
-Colocar por cima dos restantes discos o recheio de framboesas e tapar com os discos riscados
-Decorar com framboesas e delicie-se!!!
