This is one of my favorite dishes, and the recipe is determined by the quality of the cod, that should be an high portion.
INGREDIENTES
4 Pessoas-2 Postas de Bacalhau altas demolhadas
-Algumas azeitonas
-2 Cebolas grandes finamente cortadas em rodelas
-2 Dentes de Alho picado
-1 Raminho de Salsa
-6 Ovos Grandes
-Sal e Pimenta preta a gosto
-1 Pacote de Batata Frita palha
INGREDIENTS
For 4
-2 Portions of dessalted Codfish-4 tbs Olive Oil of good quality
-Olives
-2 Big finally sliced Onions
-2 Cloves of Garlic chopped
-1 sprig of parsley
-6 Large Eggs
-Salt and Black Pepper
-1 Package of fried Potato sticks
PREPARAÇÃO
-Desfiar o bacalhau, retirando as espinhas e a pele-Colocar o azeite no lume e quando estiver quente acrescentar a cebola e o alho
-Quando a cebola estiver translúcida, colocar em lume brando e adicionar o bacalhau desfiado
-Temperar com o sal e pimenta e deixar cozinhar 5 minutos
-Adicionar as batatas para amolecerem ligeiramente
-Bater os ovos e juntar ao bacalhau, mexendo até obter uma mistura cremosa
-Desligar o lume e adicionar a salsa e as azeitonas e servir de imediato!
PREPARATION
-Shred the cod, removing the spines and skin-Place the olive oil on medium heat and when hot add the onion and garlic
-When the onion is translucent, put on low heat and add the shredded cod
-Season with salt and pepper and cook five minutes
-Add the potatoes to soften slightly
-Beat the eggs and add the cod, stirring until the mixture is creamy
-Turn off the heat and add the parsley and olives and serve immediately!
